The EUCG focuses on the interests of the staff of the European Institutions. For issues that concern other cyclists in Brussels, Belgium or Europe, it relies strongly on its links with other relevant cycling organisations, and many of its members are also members of one or more of them. The following associations are of direct interest to the EUCG.

Belgian associations
GRACQ Les cyclistes quotidiens – ‘The’ French speaking cyclists association with local ‘antennae’ in many communes.
Fietsersbond – ‘The’ Flemish speaking cyclists association with local ‘antennae’ in many communes.
PlaceOvelo – organises monthly a ‘critical mass’ bicycle ride through Brussels.
Pro Velo – offers thematic guided tours through Brussels based on architecture, history, etc. It rents bikes and also runs a cycle school to teach people to cycle – even those who thought they knew how.
Luxemburg associations
Luxembourg Eurocyclists’ Group (LEG) is a newly founded group for cyclists working for the European institutions in Luxembourg. Contact
Letzebuerger Velos – Initiativ – works to improve safety conditions for daily cyclists and promote cycling as a leasure activity.

It aims to be the portal for cycling knowledge worldwide, in order to promote cycling as an everyday means of transport. They also have an interesting newsletter in English and/or Dutch.
