  1. The benefits are HUGE! Unfortunately, cycling just isn’t a realistic option for so many circumstances in large families daily routine. We have five young kids and short of a neighborhood ride with wagons in tow, we can’t get out too often. For me though, a local ride to save on gas and better my health is always welcome!
